Kristin Day serves as Bookkeeper in the Accounting Department.  She works closely with tenants during their lease from start to finish, assisting with their lease activations and any matters involving their ledger balances. Ms. Day possesses 15+ years of multi-family residential real estate experience.  She has been recognized for a number of awards throughout her career, including Employee of the Year and Property of the Year, three times in a row.  Ms. Day added to her already extensive background in 2013 when she began working for a small staffing company. She obtained new skills in sales, high volume payroll processing, dispatching, and recruiting.  Her two-person office garnered awards within her first year, winning both “Branch of the Year” and “Most New Accounts.” Longing for her residential real estate roots, Ms. Day joined Specialized Property Management in January, 2019.

Ms. Day thrives in an environment based on honesty, respect, teamwork and integrity, and finds the culture that SPM provides to be unlike any other company she’s experienced.  She enjoys waking up each morning with the knowledge that she will obtain a new skill or explore a new challenge during her day.

She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two daughters, her cherished four-legged fur kids, and her parents and in-laws. Born and raised in Dallas, Ms. Day’s hobbies and interests include reading, photography, camping, and road-tripping.
