Arleth Melendez is a Client Support Representative at Specialized Property Management.  Ms. Melendez’ primary focus is on assisting clients, providing prompt responses to inquiries and resolving any client concerns that may arise. As well as serving as the initial point of contact for the company, she also fulfills a supplementary role that includes data entry, updating files, and working with colleagues to consistently improve customer service.

Ms. Melendez recently joined the company and is excited to be part of the SPM team. She has a passion for helping others, so to be able to have a career doing so allows her to enjoy every day of her life.  Ms. Melendez endeavors to continually obtain new skills, because she feels the more she knows, the better she will be able to assist clients.

Ms. Melendez considers herself to be kind, reliable, responsible and creative. If tasked with a project or resolution, she can be trusted to complete it in a timely manner. She also has a personal goal that every time she answers the phone, the caller can picture her with a smile on her face. Ms. Melendez is proud of the values that the team shares, and believes that they, along with the commitment the team has, are what make the company superior.

Ms. Melendez hails from Mexico, is happily married and has a beautiful 11-year-old son.  She and her family possess a love of traveling and exploring new places. They also enjoy karaoke and frequently have family karaoke nights.
